We clean the vegetables and cut them into cubes. We clean half of the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, we cut the rest into slices. We put the vegetables (without the round mushrooms) in a little oil and heat them for a few minutes, then we add water and the round mushrooms, rice, salt, pepper, vegeta, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
