Apricot cake

Apricot cake, a seasonal delicacy

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 250 gr flour
  • 7 gr baking powder
  • 1/2 packet of butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • apricots, I think I was about 7-8
  • salt dust tip

How is it prepared apricot cake

Mix the sugar with the eggs, then add the butter and milk.

Separately, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.

Add to the egg mixture and incorporate easily. It should not be mixed much, just enough to be incorporated.

Wash the apricots and cut in half.

Add the composition in a 22x28 cm tray and place the apricot halves over it.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes ... I forgot to time that I know my oven. When it smells like what I put in the oven, I know it's ready.
