RECIPE PREPARATION Carp caviar salad:
Put the salted eggs in a bowl and mix for 5 minutes with a wooden spoon without adding any other ingredients. Gradually start adding a tablespoon of oil and mix (only in one direction !!) until the eggs break. (I mixed for about 30 minutes). Squeeze the lemon juice and mix a little with it, then add the finely chopped onion.
if the caviar is cut while stirring, sprinkle with a little mineral water or add boiled semolina (a tablespoon of semolina is boiled in unsalted water).
