Snails for the children's package

I made the dough in the bread machine, and the ingredients were put in the machine in the order written above.

I let the dough rise for 20-30 minutes, I turned it over on the work table which I greased with a tablespoon of olive oil, I spread the dough well with the rolling pin in a sheet, not too thin, but not too thick . I put the box of cheese, I spread it with a spoon over the entire surface of the dough, I put slices of cheese over the cheese, and over the cheese slices of ham and salami. I rolled the dough lengthwise, cut it 2 fingers thick and put the slices cut face up in a heat-resistant pan greased with oil and lined with flour.

I let it grow for another 15-20 minutes, I mixed the yolk with the milk and I greased the snails. I put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

We served it with a cup of whipped milk and they were enjoyed !!
