RECIPE PREPARATION White homemade bread with sesame:

Sift the flour into a bowl. We make a hole in the middle in which we put the yeast dissolved with the sugar in a little warm water.

We put salt on one side. Pour a little hot water and start kneading the dough. Towards the end of kneading, add the oil. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it warm until it doubles in volume.

We take out the dough raised on a floured counter and with our hands we knead the dough and give it the shape we want.

Let the bread rise again. When it has grown, we cut it in a few places, grease it with a little water and sprinkle the sesame seeds.

Put the bread in the oven first at the right heat (10 minutes), then over high heat until it browns nicely. Remove the bread, wrap it in a clean towel and let it cool.

Bread without yeast, easy to prepare! It doesn't even grow

Delicious and easy to prepare homemade bread. This fantastic recipe is not made with yeast, but with baking soda or baking powder. You don't have to wait for the dough to rise. In addition, you don't even have to knead the dough.

You need:

  • 400 gr white flour
  • 1.5 kefir dogs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sesame or oats (extra)

Method of preparation:

First remove the kefir from the refrigerator because it should not be cold, but at room temperature. Put the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder and salt. You can also use half a teaspoon of baking powder and half a teaspoon of baking soda. Mix these ingredients well.

Pour the kefir into the mixture of dry ingredients. Instead of kefir you can put natural yogurt. Mix everything with a spoon until the dough becomes uniform. Grease the baking dish with a tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with sesame or oats. I used a tray measuring 28 x 10 x 8 cm. Pour a second tablespoon of oil over the bread and spread sesame or oat seeds on the entire surface. You can even grease the bread with more oil if you want it to have a super crispy crust.

Insert the bread tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees, on the middle shelf. Bake bread for about 40 minutes. All this time it should grow beautifully. Do not let the bread bake for more than 50 minutes, because it will dry out.

After the bread is baked, open the oven door for a few minutes. Then it opens in half. After a few more minutes, you can take the bread out of the oven. After the baking tray cools down, you can remove the bread to cool on a grill. Bread without yeast is cut much better after it cools completely.


White bread in a tray

- Put in a large diameter bowl freshly sifted flour, salt, yeast and butter so that the yeast does not come into contact with the salt until the mixture of ingredients begins (salt inactivates the yeast). Water will be added at the end, gradually.

- Start kneading the ingredients by gradually adding water. Knead all the ingredients by hand until a dough is formed (a little "rougher") and all the flour has been incorporated into the mixture.

- The formed dough is placed on the slightly floured work surface beforehand and kneaded with your hands for 5 minutes (excessive kneading and / or excessive flouring of the work surface damages the dough). A ball of dough is formed with the palms.

- Cover the dough with a bowl and let it "rest" for 1 hour.
- Grease a bread pan with oil (the dimensions of the tray I used are inside 24 x 11, 5 cm).

- Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Shape the dough so that it acquires the shape of the tray (it is necessary to knead the dough a little so that it can be shaped according to the desired shape).

- Place the dough in the prepared tray.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Heat the oven to 230 degrees c.

- Sprinkle a little flour on the surface of the dough, before putting the bread in the oven and then increase it as desired.

- Bake the bread on the intermediate level of the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the baked bread from the pan and let it cool on a grill.

Homemade bread preparation:

  • If the flour is sifted twice, its particles will be better aerated and the dough for homemade bread will grow faster and better.
  • In order for the dough not to stick to the crust, it must be covered with a clean napkin.

When the dough is already risen, it is placed on the table, after the flour has been previously spread and the crust is kneaded for the uniform distribution of the air inside the homemade bread dough. Meanwhile, prepare the baking tray and place the baking paper inside. After kneading the dough, shape it and put it in the baking dish. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

It is necessary to heat the oven to 220 ° C and then to 180 ° C. Bake the homemade bread for 40 minutes. Finally, halfway through baking, move the tray down in the oven for full baking. If after 40 minutes the homemade bread does not sound empty when you tap it with your fingers, turn it over and leave it for another 10 minutes with the bottom up.

Homemade bread with seeds - Grandma's recipe!

This homemade bread recipe is delicious. You will never buy bread again.

Ingredient:

400-450g wholemeal flour with sesame seeds and sunflower (bought from the store)
3-4 tablespoons white flour (to sprinkle on the worktop)
20g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 ½ olive oil
300ml warm water (enough to keep your finger in it)

Dissolve the yeast in a bowl of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3-4 tablespoons flour. Mix well with a whisk and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Put the rest of the flour with cereal in a large bowl and form a hole in the middle of it. There you will pour the mixture with yeast. Mix slowly with a spoon until all the flour is incorporated and let the dough sit like this for 5 minutes so that the flour absorbs all the water (to hydrate).

Knead slowly with your hands in the bowl and, when it starts to set, move the dough on the work surface lined with a little white flour. Here begins the actual kneading stage, patiently, for at least 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic. If it is still slightly sticky, add more flour.

Form a ball out of it, put it back in the bowl lined with flour, cover it with a towel or cling film and leave it to rise for 45-50 minutes, warm. (I used the radiator with confidence) During this time the dough should double in volume.

Take it out on the worktop again and hit it or knead it lightly to get the air out of it. Shape it into the shape you want (you can use any tray - round, cake) and put it in a tray greased with half a tablespoon of oil. Cover again and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.

I varnished it with an egg and baked it for about 40 minutes at 200 ° C in my old ventilated electric oven, which means that if you repeat my work you have to keep an eye on the oven so that it doesn't burn if you have a harder oven.

Shape the dough into a roll and place it in a cake tin.
Let it rise for about 30 minutes. Put the bread in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
Let it cool on a grill.
It's insanely good, full, not too sweet. Breakfast is perfect!


Bread with seeds, cumin and garlic

I found a flour in the supermarket that includes seeds (I don't know what it's called anymore, I don't have the packaging anymore and anyway I don't think it's important, it's probably not a rarity these days), at a reasonable price. I hadn't made bread at home in a while, so & # 8230

I put two cups of flour (about 480 grams) in a bowl. I mixed it with a pinch of salt and then made a hole in the middle.

I prepared a glass of lukewarm water (200 milliliters).

I put a yeast nut (8-10 grams) in the flour pit.

I poured two tablespoons of water over the yeast.

I let the yeast come loose for about a quarter of an hour. Then I started to worry.

I reduced the temperature to 180 degrees and put a pot of water in the oven. The humid atmosphere protects the bread and gives the shells a slight elasticity.

I baked the bread for an hour. After taking it out of the oven, I sprinkled it with a little water and covered it with a towel. I left her like that for half an hour.

I ate the bread in two days, with tomatoes and eggplant salad. And with other things. And empty, that you came out a little good.

I made bread many times, with good results. This is the first one I was really proud of.

How to make HOMEMADE BREAD from WHOLE FLOUR

The habit of making bread at home is an ancient tradition of the Romanian people, which must be revived, especially today, when stores offer us a bread very poor in nutrients and harmful to health.

Our ancestors always made whole wheat bread at home. We can do the same, using wholemeal, unrefined flour. We can find intermediate flour in the market, at the peasants, or we can get it ourselves, at home.

Buy whole grain wheat from the market, or from grocery stores, and grind it at home to make wholemeal flour. For this purpose you can use an electric grinder, a grain mill or a meat grinder.

From the flour obtained can be made bread, cakes, pies and other preparations that require flour.

• 1.5 kg of wholemeal flour
• 25 g of yeast
• ½ cup of lukewarm water
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1 teaspoon of salt

If you do not have wholemeal flour, at best you can use 1 kg of white flour and 500 g of wheat bran.

Dissolve the yeast with lukewarm (not boiling) water in a bowl. Add salt and honey. Stir and wait for a quarter of an hour.

Add the flour and fill with water until you get a non-sticky dough. Knead well with your hands until smooth. You can add to the dough and seeds of different varieties (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.).

Cover the bowl with a thick towel, and let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place.

While it is leavening, prepare the trays for two loaves. Wipe them off with dust and grease them with a little oil.

After doubling its volume, place the dough on the work table, on which you sprinkled some flour. Knead it for a few more minutes, then divide it into two equal pieces to make two loaves.

Each piece of dough is broken in two, which is shaped into palms in the form of two rolls. They are woven and placed in the tray. Process the same with the other piece of dough. You can sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds on top of the bread.

Another option would be to shape the dough into round loaves, notched on top, or in the form of buns, placed in a large oven tray.

Leave the bread in the trays for another 20 minutes, then place them in the hot oven. In about 40-50 minutes I'm ready.

Gently shake the trays and remove the loaves carefully. Place them on a wooden bottom, and after they have cooled, cover them with a clean towel.
