Salad with leurda & # 8211 Stuffed chicken & # 8211 Cherry cake
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (suitable heat). Wash the fruit and wipe with a kitchen towel. Remove the pits, and if they are too large, cut them in half or cubes so that they do not fall to the bottom of the tray. Set aside until the dough is ready.
Break the eggs in a large bowl. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt (as much as you take with three fingers) and mix well for approx. 2-3 minutes. Use the mixer with confidence: P. The composition must be frothy.
Add the (cold) milk and oil and mix again for a few seconds. Sift the flour together with the starch or pudding powder (if you don't have it, add all the flour) and the baking powder and incorporate it into the dough.
Line a large baking tray with approx. 40 × 30 cm. Pour the dough and level. Put the fruit in a bag with five, six tablespoons of flour or ground walnuts (or half flour + half walnuts) and shake well. Sprinkle the fruit as evenly as possible on top of the dough (do not press them into the dough) and immediately put the form in the oven.
Leave approx. 20 minutes and then lower the temperature to 170 degrees C (slow fire). Hold for another 15-20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in the middle of the countertop, and if it comes out clean, the countertop is ready).
VIDEO Zebra cake with fresh or frozen cherries
This sponge cake is very easy to prepare and is ideal for housewives who do not have much time to make cakes, but who want to surprise their children with a homemade dessert. Cherries are optional and can be added fresh or frozen.
To get the meringue in a short time, you need to keep the eggs at room temperature. If you add a little lemon juice before mixing, you will prevent the egg whites from beating too badly and thus cutting. And to make sure you get a really tasty cake, don't forget to cook it with great pleasure. Lovers will immediately feel this little detail that makes the difference!
Ingredients for the zebra cake:
• a little rum (if you don't have rum you can use 1 rum essence)

Cherries are delicious in cakes and you can use them in a lot of combinations. Discover the best cherries desserts you should try!
Cherries are high in vitamin C, help you lose weight and stimulate the production of melatonin that is needed for a restful sleep. They can be consumed as such if you like their sour taste, but you can also use them to make delicious desserts.
Here are some cherries desserts you should try:
Simple cherry cake
It cooks very quickly and you don't need many ingredients. You will get a delicious, sweet-sour cake that goes great with Greek yogurt mixed with powdered sugar, peel and lemon juice. You need three eggs that beat well with the mixer and a little salt, then add one tablespoon of sugar at a time until you get a fluffy consistency. Then add the oil, milk or water and mix well.
The flour is mixed with an envelope of baking powder and incorporated into the egg mixture. The cherries are mixed with the Bourbon vanilla sachet and two tablespoons of flour, then some are incorporated into the dough and the rest on top of the dough. Pour the dough into a round shape, garnish with the remaining cherries and place in the oven.
Leave the cake in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out perfectly.
Make a tender dough with butter, and after it has hardened in the fridge, spread it out and fill it with cherries drained of juice and mixed with cornstarch and sugar. Wrap the filling a little, bringing the dough over the cherries and leave it in the oven until the tart is browned.
Puff pastry / cherry pie
With the help of the frozen dough you can get delicious and quick pies with cherries. To obtain the filling, the cherries are boiled for 10 minutes with lemon juice and sugar, finally adding cornstarch to thicken the composition. You can also use this composition to fill the dough with pie or puff pastry that you put in the muffin tins.
Tiramisu with cherries and mascarpone
You can use the cherry sauce above and a mascarpone cream along with biscuits soaked in coffee to make a delicious tiramisu. You can also use any kind of cookies, biscuits or simple cakes to make a quick layered cake that you can arrange in a square yena bowl or in glasses.
Chocolate and cherry roll
Make a simple, thin baking sheet that is filled with mascarpone cream mixed with sugar, cocoa (or melted and cooled dark chocolate), liqueur, and pitted cherries drained of juice.
Brownies with cherries
The usual recipe for brownies also uses pitted cherries, drained of juice to obtain a delicious combination for chocolate lovers.
Cheesecake, brownie and cherries - 3 in 1
Use the same brownie dough to pour into a tray, then put a cream cheese filling made like cheesecake and a few cherries and finally another layer of brownie dough. You will get a delicious cake.
Unbaked cheesecake with chocolate and cherries
With the help of a top of graham crackers mixed with butter, you get the base of the cheesecake very quickly. To make the cream, you need to mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, a little liquid cream or whipped cream and melted and cooled chocolate and a few pitted cherries that you spread over the cookie sheet. Pour over a generous layer of cherry sauce obtained by boiling the cherries with lemon juice and sugar, and at the end being added cornstarch or chia seeds to thicken the sauce.
Hydrate the gelatin in cold water. Boil the cherry puree together with the sugar. Remove from the heat, add the gelatin and mix well with a whisk. If you want, you can add a little alcohol here as well.
Pour the mixture into hemispherical silicone molds, smaller than the ones in which you will pour the mousse, so that the insert fits smoothly inside the cake. Remember the cherries left yesterday in the alcohol syrup? It's time to take them out of the syrup and place them, 4 in each insert, over the cherry puree. Freeze.
