My dear ones, more recently, I have acquired the habit that when I feel like it meatballs to make a roll of minced meat. I find it easier to prepare and, in addition, I can fill the roll with various goodies :)
This time I prepared a roll of minced chicken and the filling was made of mushrooms and cheese. In short, a real delight!

Instead of minced chicken you can use any other minced meat. The main condition is not to be too fat. Season the meat to taste, as do the meatballs and, for added freshness, add a little greenery.
Mushrooms must be pre-cooked because they have a high water content. Put them to harden and keep them on the fire until all the water evaporates.
I recommend baking the minced meat roll with mushrooms and cheese in a 30 / 11.5cm cake pan. It keeps its shape and bakes very nicely.

The minced meat roll with mushrooms and cheese is very tasty hot, served with your favorite garnish or salad. It is very good and cold and you can serve it as an appetizer but, just as well, you can use it to prepare delicious sandwiches.

Ingredients needed to prepare the recipe for minced meat with cheese and cheese:

- 1kg minced chicken (or whatever you want)
- 750gr fresh mushroom mushrooms
- 100g cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons oil

500 g chicken breast, 4-5 slices of Prague ham, 100 g cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 diced bell pepper, 2 lg olive oil, 1 green onion, salt, pepper, paprika, 1 glass of white wine

Preparation Chicken roll with ham and cheese
In a frying pan, heat the pepper cubes, the green onion stalks for 1 minute and then add the beaten egg and bake the omelette on both sides.
Beat the chicken breast well, flattening it as for the slices and season it well with salt and pepper. Place the chicken breast on a flat surface, place over the previously baked omelette and then over it the slices of cheese and then the slices of Prague ham. We roll very tightly by putting the ends on the inside and we tie the roll with kitchen thread. Place in a regular tray, add sweet paprika on top, sprinkle with a little oil, add the wine with 1 glass of water and put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes over medium heat. A few minutes before it is ready, we can dissolve a teaspoon of honey with 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce and grease the roll with this mixture to get a more beautiful color.
Serve hot with a side dish or cold as an appetizer.

We deboned the chicken breast and then cut it into thicker pieces so that we could cut them again but not to the end (to get like a book opening to get a bigger piece of chicken). If we also have smaller pieces, we can catch them in the middle with toothpicks. I got two thick pieces and 4 thinner slices from a chicken breast. In the end I had 4 large fillets of chicken breast.

We season these fillets with salt and pepper or with a spice on chicken.

Sprinkle a little cheese on each piece of chicken,

we arrange the spinach leaves,

then sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese.

Roll the chicken breast lengthwise and catch it with toothpicks.

Tighten the ends of the roll well so that the cheese does not come out. Wrap the roll in foil and bake it in the preheated oven at 200 ° C (or medium heat) for 30 minutes.

After this interval, unwrap the foil, put a few tablespoons of oil over the roll, the paprika and continue to bake for another 20-30 minutes, until it browns slightly.

a boneless chicken breast (500 gr)
150 gr spinach

60 ml olive oil
50 ml white wine

Cut the chicken breast in half in half.

Peel the onion and then cut it into 4. Peel the garlic.
Put them in hot oil and let them brown nicely.
Remove from the pan and add the chopped spinach. Leave it on medium heat until the liquid evaporates completely.
Let it cool and add the cheese, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Take the meat out of the fridge and spread the spinach filling evenly over it.
Roll the slices of meat lightly and tie them or catch them with toothpicks.
Place them in a heat-resistant dish in which you added the rest of the oil and a little water.
Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Halfway through the baking time, lightly roll the rolls and add the wine.
Leave them in the oven until they take on a beautiful, reddish color.
Serve them hot with vegetables and a sauce you like, or cold, nicely sliced, for breakfast or packaged snack.

I have prepared an absolutely delicious recipe with chicken breast and Delaco cheese!

We prepare the omelet first. Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the chopped pepper and chopped onion tails.
Heat for 1 minute and then add the beaten egg.

Bake the omelet on both sides and turn it over on a plate where we leave it to cool. Bone the chicken breast in such a way as to obtain a single piece.

We put it between two sheets of cellophane and flatten it with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper, place the omelette on top, slices of cheese on top of it and then slices of Prague ham.

I was running very tight, putting my heads inside. We tie the roll with kitchen thread and place it in a gratin shape or in an ordinary tray lined with baking paper.
